TEACHER
Upon receiving a B.F.A in Dance Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, I went on to teach various styles of dance throughout the Midwest and East Coast areas. Under Alan Danielson's mentorship, I studied the Limón technique for a number of years and taught for The Limón Institute in New York City. I have been privileged to work with Avodah Dance, whose mission is to bring creative dance workshops to women in prison. I received my MFA in Dance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and I am currently an Assistant Professor of Practice at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. I am also a certified yoga and Countertechnique teacher and currently working towards a Pilates Reformer certificate. Hope to see you in a class soon!

CHOREOGRAPHER
I have been interested in making movement since I was a little girl and to this day when the magical forces of time and space come together, I seize the opportunity. My work has been shown in the Amalgamate Artist Series, 60x60 Dance Festival, First Look at The Green Building, Fertile Ground, Duende with Theater in Asylum, Project Dance NYC and more. Recently, I have ventured into the theater world and contributed choreography to #Coriolanus by Theater in Asylum, Daphne directed by Paul Bedard and written by Alice Pencavel, and femme pathos directed by Lacy Post and written by Claire Moodey. I have choreographed anything from church productions to dancing fruit heads and look forward to future collaborations!
